What We Believe

We believe that Content Marketing is the best way to attract new customers and the second most effective way to keep them. What’s the best way to keep them? Provide a product or service that exceeds their expectations. Talk the talk and walk the walk.

We believe that Content Marketing allows a brand to surprise and delight potential customers before they even become customers. Answer their questions, teach them something useful, entertain them before they buy anything from you and continue to do so after. Then deliver on your brand promise, your value proposition, your claim. That’s how you build a loyal customer base.

We believe that effective marketing is no longer about interrupting a viewer’s experience so you can tell them why they should buy from you. Spending more and yelling louder is not a recipe for success. Consumers are now in control. They choose which brands to engage with, or better, which ones to tell their friends about. Word of mouth is the dominant form of marketing. With one post a customer can share their experience with millions of potential customers, turning them on to your brand… or turning them off.

We believe that trust is the key. If you earn someone’s trust, they will be an evangelist for your product or service, and they will share their positive experiences. But you can’t buy trust. You have to behave in a manner that shows you are deserving of your customer’s trust. One way to do this is by offering something of value without the expectation that you will receive anything in return. That is where content marketing comes in. Learn as much about your customers as you can. What kind of questions do they need to answer before they even decide to buy? Where do they go to get answers. How can you be useful. Help them find the answers, even if it means they don’t buy and, yes, even if it means they buy from someone else. They will remember you and they will come back and, if you have a great product or service, they will tell the world about you.
